Adelaide city has a great array of hotels to offer, many conveniently located in and around the Adelaide Convention Centre. The CleanUp 2024 Conference Manager has sourced the below options for delegates to assist in booking accommodation.
How to Book Accommodation
- BLOCK HOTEL BOOKINGS held by the Conference Manager can be booked via the CleanUp 2024 registration process. This includes bookings for the Rockford Adelaide, Holiday Inn Express Adelaide and Grosvenor Hotel Adelaide. Bookings via the Conference Managers block bookings are available up until 14 August 2024, after which point they will be closed. We encourage you to book at your earliest convenience to avoid disappointment.
- DIRECT HOTEL DISCOUNT LINKS are available below and are to be booked on delegates own accord. Instructions on how to book these are listed further below on this page.
Amending Accommodation Bookings
Only if you have booked and paid directly with a hotel, should you contact them directly.
Terms and Conditions
Each hotel has differing terms and conditions. Please ensure you have read and understood individual payment and cancellation policies before booking.

Terms and Conditions for Adelaide Rockford
Payment Policy:
- Credit card guarantee required to secure booking at point of registration, which will be forwarded by the Event Manager to the hotel 30 days prior to the conference (14 August 2024) for full-payment to be taken by hotel 14 days prior to arrival.
- All guests are responsible for paying any remaining balance direct to the hotel upon arrival/departure.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations can be made up to 30 days prior to arrival (any time prior to 14 August 2024) without incurring a cancellation fee.
- Any cancellations made between 30 - 15 days prior to arrival (from 15 August to 30 August 2024 ) are subject to one night's accommodation payable of your accommodation booking.
- Any cancellations made 14 days prior to arrival (from 31 August 2024 onwards) are subject to full room charges due to hotel cancellation policy (100% of your accommodation booking).
- Non arrivals/no shows will incur a fee equal to 100% of the accommodation not utilized (100% of your accommodation stay).
Other:
- Check-in time is 3.00pm. Check-out time is 11.00am.
- Breakfast is not included in the above rate. Can be organised directly with the hotel at an additional $22.00 per person Continental and $33 per person Full Buffet , per day.
- Early check-in: If you have an early morning arrival or require an early check-in, the hotel recommend you make a room reservation the night prior to the arrival date.

Terms and Conditions for Grosvenor Hotel Adelaide
Payment Policy:
- Credit card guarantee required to secure booking at point of registration, which will be forwarded by the Event Manager to the hotel 30 days prior to the conference (14 August 2024) for one night deposit to be taken by hotel.
- All guests are responsible for final full pre-payment direct to the hotel upon arrival/check in.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations can be made up to 30 days prior to arrival (any time prior to 14 August 2024) without incurring a cancellation fee.
- Any cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival are subject to incur a penalty equal to first nights accommodation cancelled.
- Any cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival are subject to full room charges due to hotel cancellation policy (100% of your accommodation booking).
- Non arrivals/no shows will incur a fee equal to 100% of the accommodation not utilized (100% of your accommodation stay).
Other:
- Check-in time is 2.00pm. Check-out time is 11.00am.
- Grab and Go continental breakfast is available for an additional charge to delegates onsite.
