Important Dates

  • Call for abstract open: DEADLINE EXTENDED - Closing Soon!
  • Last date for abstract submission: DEADLINE EXTENDED until Friday 7 June

  • Notification of acceptance: Expected June 2024 

  • Early-bird registration opens: Now Open!

  • Early-bird registration close: 29 July 2024

  • Close of author registration: 29 July 2024


How to submit an abstract

If you wish to submit an abstract for consideration, you must use the online submission link above.

Please prepare your abstract using the formatting guidelines below and submit your abstract as a Word .doc or .docx ONLY - no PDF files or other file types will be accepted:

1. Create a user account with EventsAir.

2. Complete contact details.

3. Complete key questions, ie theme, preferred presentation platform. You should select the most appropriate theme/s for your paper.

4. Upload your abstract.

5. A Confirmation email of abstract submitted will be sent to Author.

6. You can edit you abstract and submission and/or add new papers up until the close of papers on 29 March 2024.

The receipt of all abstracts will be automatically acknowledged at the time of submission. If you have not received an email, check your email spam/junk folder.

Terms and Conditions

By submitting an abstract the author accepts all terms and conditions below: 

Please note that presenters will be required to fund their registration costs and where applicable their travel and accommodation costs. 

At least one author per paper must register and pay for the Conference on or before the close of earlybird registration. Papers with no registered author may be WITHDRAWN. 

Submission acknowledges consent to print the abstract and contact details in the conference proceedings and list of presenting authors.
